Regrefresh provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 60 days after purchasing the Regrefresh product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with Regrefresh.
In order to obtain a refund, you must “undo” the repairs provided by the Regrefresh program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing Regrefresh application. From there you can choose to:
- Remove Regrefresh application
- Revert changes
- Revert and remove Regrefresh.
All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, you must uninstall the application from your computer. Additionally, after you have run the “undo” function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from Regrefresh through Contact us page.
During the refund request, you must maintain contact with Regrefresh and comply with Regrefresh’s requests regarding the removal of the Regrefresh product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the Regrefresh product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other Regrefresh supported machine to its former state – even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.
The 60 day refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, and the License Key expires after one year from Date of Purchase for Standard version and two years from the date of Purchase for the Premium version.
If you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, Regrefresh will address the issue on a case by case basis.
If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, Regrefresh will address the issue on a case by case basis and may provide a refund after the 60-day refund period.
